Lovely hotel for a relaxing break. Stayed for two nights after a busy week. Room was extremely comfortable with a large bathroom and plenty of towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool, and the steam room was great too. Although the saunas didn't have disabled access, I still had a good experience overall.

I got excellent value for my money at Wellness Hotel Step. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location near the tram station was very convenient. The staff were very good too assist me.
More variety in the breakfast items would have made it even better.

It was a fitness enthusiast's dream come true! the breakfast offered an extraordinary variety of options, allowing me to have breakfast and even lunch too. The massive breakfast room was excellent.
